We're hiring!

We're looking for friendly English instructors to visit clients’ homes or chosen locations for fun, natural English sessions, starting at 60 minutes each lesson. Whether you're playing video games, chatting about daily life, or reading a book with a child, the goal is simple: use real, conversational English in a relaxed setting. No textbooks required!

Our clients range from toddlers to adults, so sessions vary depending on who you’re working with. You’ll have the freedom to use your own teaching style and ideas to meet each client's needs. New to teaching? No problem! We’ve got plenty of resources, lesson ideas, and support to help you grow. We also encourage open communication within the team, so feel free to share your tips and tricks!

Who are we looking for?

  • Possesses natural English proficiency

  • Ideally has experience working with children

  • Punctual and demonstrates strong time management skills

  • Currently resides in Fukuoka City and is willing to travel within the area

  • Understands the value of communication

  • Plans to stay in Japan for over one year

  • Holds a valid visa that permits employment in Japan
